"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. "many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

"I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!"

"Spiders/bugs in room. Dust everywhere. Cleaners throw away your clothes if you leave them in the bathroom. The pictures don't depict the true reality of this property: they've been photoshopped. Ceilings and walls are thin so you can hear the people upstairs dropping things on the floor constantly. Drunk people coming into the property/neighbors properties at 3am drunk. 0/10 would not recommend"

The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. "Fabulous B&B, lovely clean apartment and peaceful location. Close to local shops, restaurants and a railway station direct to cagliari and airport if not driving. Owner is excellent and prepared a super mixed breakfast every morning. Had wonderful stay and will definitely return. "
