Grosse Räume, schöne Terrasse

Wohnung war geräumig, Terrasse sehr schön. Geschirr und Küche eher spärlich ausgerüstet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um am Abend zu Fuss in die Stadt zu gehen. Herr R. war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

sauber, zentral, sehr schön gelegen

sehr schön oberhalb Golfo di Stella gelegen, man muss zum Sonnenuntergang nur auf die eigene Terrasse sitzen! Zu Fuss ins Zentrum 5 min., kleine nette Bar mit wundervollem Blick direkt oberhalb der Unterkunft, man wird morgens mit Kaffeeduft und Duft von frischen Croissants geweckt! Jede Menge Restaurants in Reichweite 5-10 min zu Fuss!

Beste Lage

Beste Location für einen Aufenthalt in Capoliveri. Tolle Sicht, Reben vorm Balkon, viel Platz ums Haus und sehr privat. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern, hat allerdings ein neues Bettsofa. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist top. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch den Besitzer könnte nicht besser und freundlicher sein. Vielen Dank dafür!

Grandioser Blick

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Blick auf das Meer. Bei guter Sicht auch bis Korsika. Sehr sauber und sehr netter Vermieter. Oberhalb Bar , super für Croissants zum Frühstück und klasse für Aperitiv am Abend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter ...

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit ein paar Deutschkenntnissen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, genauso wie der Ort Capoliveri an sich. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Handtücher und Geschirrtücher mitbringen!Es war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit ( Mai ) sehr ruhig, allerdings befindet sich etwas oberhalb am Hang, ein Bar, in der es schon mal etwas lauter wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das App. liegt schön zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, direkt an einem kleinen Weinberg. Toller Meerblick, sehr netter Vermieter. Reisetipps: Wanderweg 70/71 Calamita, Hafenspaziergang und Festung in Portoferraio, Ausflug auf die Insel Pianosa.
