"Room was extremely nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. Only problem is the construction going on inside it makes navigating the hotel a little difficult but I understand it’s to update everything and it takes time. I would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"Never had a cabin with a full kitchen before, especially one fully equipped with all the dishes, and cookware you could need! The place was so cozy, quiet, and clean. The staff were also more than accommodating as my partner and I tried everything while we were there: the private sauna, the campfire pit, and visiting the lake out back. This place would be great for those looking to explore nature and enjoy the quiet while still being 30min from South Lake Tahoe. There were also a few trailheads nearby for those who love to hike. Overall a great relaxing stay!"

"Air conditioning didn’t work, they were in the middle of construction. Staff were excellent! We didn’t win and didn’t see anyone win anything during our stay. The oyster bar was sooooo delicious! "

"No breakfast included. The pool and hot tub were out of service. This was one of the biggest reasons for picking this hotel because my daughter wanted to use the indoor pool but we couldn’t. "

"It took us long time to check in and out since the valet service was horrible. Then, after I got my room, another guests came in and opened the door as they were assigned the same room. Restaurant did not offer breakfast 😳. No a great experience. "
