"The property is situated near the main attraction. The owners had parking available in a safe garage and communications from them was good. They informed us of their pleasant terrace on 4th floor which gave fantastic views over Granada. The cafe next door was owned by the son and ideal for breakfast. "

"We stayed in this property on 31st Dec & Jan 1 and were not prepared for the new year's celebration in Plaza del Carmen where this property is situated. We did arrive a bit late and had little trouble finding the property just as it was busy plaza that night. The guest services were very kind and replied to our messages even after hours and helped us check in smoothly. "The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

"I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. On the other hand, service was not ideal in that i called the hotel a few weeks before coming to request a twin room with 2 beds instead of a double to which the guy on the phone said ok. "Nice, ffriendly place, professionally run and maintained. Good little restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to town square and many restaurants/bars. Easy to park nearby on the street. Great satellite TV service in room. Only issue is that they had no reception for an entire day and one must phone them for service. Could be a big problem for travellers who don't have phones."

"The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere."

"This apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk's hours are very limited, but the check-in and check-out are very easy. It is the walking distance to the most attractions. We called Uber to Alhambra and then used bus back to apartment. "
