Residents enjoy a private terrace and access to a shared garden and pool with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Twelve Apostles mountain range on the other.

Freshly renovated in 2023 with a minimalist, bohemian vibe, our apartment offers a front-row seat to spectacular sunset views, easing you into complete relaxation after exploring Cape Town's wonders.

Free street parking is available, and upon request (subject to availability), parking is possible behind the entrance gate. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and easy access to hiking trails just beyond the doorstep.

Please note that there are steps leading to the apartment entrance. Every reservation and inquiry is personally managed by our dedicated View16 team, ensuring meticulous attention to your every need.
