A noise monitor has been installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with these rules. - Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this.
