This spacious accommodation offers beautiful ocean views and is perfect for a small family or group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment has four rooms, including two bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone.
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with two 3/4 beds and has access to a second bathroom with shower facilities. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for convenience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, airfryer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities, seamlessly blending into the living area where a dining table, TV, and comfortable couches await.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking during their stay. The complex offers access to a communal swimming pool and braai area, perfect for relaxing and socialising. Unit facilities include a dining area, kitchenette, fan, and lounge area, while the bathrooms are well-appointed with toiletries, a bath, a shower, and a separate toilet.

Originally a fishing and holiday resort, Strand has developed into a central part of the beautiful Helderberg Basin, offering easy access to wine routes, Somerset West’s Mall, and the scenic coastal drive past Gordon’s Bay to Betty’s Bay, ideal for whale watching season.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
