Oceanview Grange Retreat
This stylish, modern three-bedroom seaside house is situated in the
stunningly beautiful Camps Bay and offers comfortable accommodation for
up to six guests. The retreat boasts spectacular views from almost
every room, whether it is lush greenery, the turquoise ocean, or
magnificent mountain vistas that include the Twelve Apostles and Lion's
Head.
Inside, this retreat greets you with an open-plan design. The sleek
kitchen will have everything one needs for a comfortable, self-catering
stay, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and
tumble dryer for convenience. The lounge is fitted with plush seating,
an indoor fireplace, a coffee table, and a flatscreen television, where
relaxation and entertainment can be enjoyed. Adjacent to the living
room is a dining area with a large table seating up to ten. High-speed
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The home is one of two units on the property; it's completely private,
with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and
one shared. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, access to a balcony, and
air conditioning. Two bathrooms have a bathtub, a shower, a washbasin
with vanity, and a toilet, while the third has only a shower, toilet,
and basin. Linen and towels are provided during your stay. You will
have the entire place to yourself, including the indoor areas, decks,
and private pool.
Sliding doors open onto an inviting outdoor space where guests can
enjoy a private pool and sun deck with panoramic views of the ocean and
surrounding mountains. Situated within walking distance of Camps Bay
beach, top-rated restaurants, and scenic hiking trails, this home makes
for the perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience.
Respect quiet hours – Please be mindful of noise levels and neighboring units' privacy.
No parties/events – Only registered guests permitted on-site.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 10 Chilworth Rd, Camps Bay, 8005.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
