Neptune Isle 9 features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering
comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom
boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing a
private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is
furnished with two single beds and makes use of a shared bathroom with
a bath, ensuring that every guest enjoys the utmost comfort and
convenience.
As a guest of Neptune Isle 9, you'll have access to a range of
amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a shared outdoor
pool where you can take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. With
private access directly to the beach, you can spend your days swimming,
sunbathing, or simply strolling along the shore, immersing yourself in
the natural beauty of your surroundings. Additional features such as
internet access, controlled access complex, secure parking and linen
and towels are provided with your stay.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Neptune Isle, Lagoon Beach Drive.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
