Unique and exclusive penthouse with exceptional ocean, city and
mountain views. The home's spacious design, incredible facilities and
artfully curated spaces makes this the perfect Cape Town escape. Make
the most of the Cape Town summer with a spacious rooftop pool terrace
with outdoor dining area and fire pit. Located within walking distance
of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium and much more. Just a scenic
10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous Clifton and
Camps Bay beaches.

The Space:

The penthouse has high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout.
Offering stunning, contemporary design with abundant space and natural
light. The home features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and
lounge area with floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors.
The open-plan living area leads onto a large balcony with a gas BBQ -
complete with outdoor furniture for dining with panoramic ocean, city
and mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with
high-end appliances and a scullery with washing machine, dryer and
dishwasher.
The lounge is fitted with a large U-shaped couch, a smart TV with
Netflix and of course a gorgeous view over Cape Town's waterfront and
harbour.
Bedroom 1:
King size bed | en-suite bathroom open to the bedroom with stand alone
bath tub, double vanity, a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2:
King size bed | en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3:
King size bed | en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Throwing objects, including cigarette butts, over balconies or out of windows is an extremely dangerous offence and will also lead to immediate eviction.

Wonderful stay in Capetown!

After a little hiccup at check-in, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop space was AMAZING....and those views of Table Mountain were spectacular! There is a grocery store a short walk away so that was very convenient. The restaurant GOLD, was only a few minutes walk from the apartment and we had reservations there one night. So fun! The property manager was very responsive. The hair dryers provided did not fit any of the outlets in the apartment so they brought us an adapter. The door to the bathroom in the primary bedroom was VERY hard to slide so they sent over someone to fix that as well. We would stay here again.
