The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and features a Smart TV, uncapped Wi-Fi, and NETFLIX for your entertainment needs. The dining area features a round wooden table with seating for four, making it a great place to enjoy your favorite meals. The apartment's outdoor patio area, equipped with seating for four, offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunset views over the ocean.
Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with luxury double beds, maintaining the apartment's modern style. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath combo, basin, and toilet, offering privacy and convenience.
The second bathroom is shared and includes a shower, single basin, and toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests.
Guests have access to a communal pool area, perfect for refreshing swims on warm summer evenings. Lagoon Beach 29A is ideally situated between the golden shores of Bloubergstrand and the vibrant streets of Cape Town, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and city exploration. The beach is less than 50 meters away, allowing for quick access to the sandy shores and spontaneous sunset walks with loved ones.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 3 Fourjays Road Off, Lagoon Gate Drive, Milnerton
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
