The living areas are warm and inviting and consist of a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine and wine fridge, a comfy lounge area featuring a flat-screen TV, DSTV, and Wifi as well as an indoor fireplace, and 2 intimate dining areas where you can enjoy all your favourite dishes. Following on from the lounge area is an enclosed sunroom as well as a balcony area equipped with a built-in braai.
This apartment offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 immaculate bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms include double beds and 1 bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The main bedroom has a glass sliding door leading onto a quaint balcony area. The first bathroom is an en-suit while the second bathroom is shared; both include a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
