Very close to Restaurants, great view, but is getting a bit long in the tooth and you here the noise from the street in the rooms to the street.

The apartment layout and the views are stunning. It’s in a great location. Quick uber or walk to nearby restaurants. Several items in the apartment are quite worn and there is not enough cutlery for all. Outside table only seats 4. Both in room safes were out of order. Beds were very hard. The main reason feel I need to leave a review is because staff let themselves into the apartment on multiple occasions when were in, without knocking. On the last day a staff member even told us she was watching from the hotel opposite, had seen us arrive back and hop in our pool and decided to come on over, let herself in and awkwardly hang around. Very inappropriate. And for this reason I would not choose to stay here again.

Stayed at the penthouse which has a fantastic view! We had a few small hiccups but nothing worth fussing over because Wayne who took care of us for our trip ensured that there was nothing to frown about. The penthouse also sports a jacuzzi which is an added bonus! Best place for a seaside vacation stay

Incredible place - views alone worth the money! Nice, quaint room. Only complaint was that it was very noisy at night with the wind. I know the hotel can't control, but the wind whipped and it felt like the building didn't take the wind well. We were there during a very windy season though, so don't knock the property at all for the noise.

Property is beautiful and views are amazing. Bed was not comfortable, and should be upgraded considering the cost of the stay. There is no elevator, so bags must be carried up and down 4 flights of stairs.

Disappointing

The location of Houghton View 13 is perfect, and the views are absolutely stunning, especially from the patio, which is amazing. The maintenance is lacking though, and the overall feel of the unit is tired and in need of attention. There were no pots, so while the kitchen has everything else you need, basic cooking was a challenge.

Awesome view

it was amazing but there were a few things. The area around the bottom of the shower in the main bedroom was filthy - like a yellow gunk, which I cleaned up as it was pretty gross! There was hair behind the bath. The condiments were not refilled - the lids were not even on the bottles. There were no towels in the main bathroom. They did bring us more towels but there were all floor towels - they were tiny. The staff were amazing though!

Wir hatten ein sehr großes 3 Schlafzimmer Appartment. Tolle Aussicht vom Wohnbereich und Balkon.Zustand des Appartment sehr gut und modern. Alles war vorhanden jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Es gibt keine Parkplatzprobleme wie im Innenstadtbereich. Supermarkt mit kurzen kleinen Spaziergang erreichbar.

Schmuckes Penthouse mit Dachterrasse und Jacuzzi

Wir hatten das Penthouse mit riesiger Dachterrasse, Jacuzzi und BBQ. Haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und als Sahnehäubchen gab’s sogar noch eine eigene Garage für unseren Mietwagen.

best Location in Camps Bay

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und hatten ein wunderbares Appartement. Sehr stilsicher und hochwertig eingerichtet. Jedes der drei großzügigen Schlafzimmer hatte eine eigene Dusche / Badewanne und WC. Zusätzlich gab es noch ein separates Gäste WC. Die Küche war gross und modern mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd etc. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und jeden Tag wurden 10 Kapseln neu aufgefüllt dazu Müsliriegel. Auf der Terrasse stand ein sehr guter Grill zur Verfügung, der mehrfach zu Sonnenuntergängen bei uns zum Einsatz kam. Die Aussicht auf das Meer nebst fantastischem Sonnenuntergang war das Geld mehr als wert. Unsere Wäsche wurde ohne Aufpreis von der Putzfrau am gleichen Tag gereinigt und wieder gebracht. Wir finden, es gibt keine schöne Location zu diesem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Camps Bay und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
