Come relax in this dual modern guest suite, under 5 min walk to beach with Table Mountain in the background. Suite has own access, secured parking, private garden, 2 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Whilst “at home” enjoy fiber Wi-Fi, Solar electricity, Netflix and onsite shared swimming pool in wind protected courtyard. The suite is 3 km from Mediclinic, 12km from Wine Farms, 16 km from Waterfront and CBD and 22 km from Airport. 10 min walk to shops.

The dual guest suite though private forms part of our family home occupied by myself, partner, mom and sausage dogs Leo and Lola.

Guest suite has own access, parking inside shared double garage for one vehicle, another enclosed parking space and own alarm system.

Main unit living area and bedroom are separated by small utility area and a door to ensure privacy of bedroom with on-suite bathroom.

Second bedroom have separate entrance from guest private area with kitchenette and on-suite bathroom.

The bedrooms are next to each other and both have stack doors that opens up into the central courtyard for access to shared pool with main house.

Guests have access to guest suite, private garden, shared double garage and shared pool area of main house.

A remote and set of keys are provided, please let us know if you require an additional set.

Linen and towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
