Set along Beach Road, the residence overlooks the scenic Green Point Urban Park, and the iconic Cape Town Stadium, making it the perfect base for exploring Cape Town.
The spacious, open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors capturing stunning panoramas—from Signal Hill and Lion’s Head to the expansive ocean. Relax on the cozy sectional couch, kick up your feet on the ottoman, or catch a show on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The stylish space flows into a welcoming dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The dining area features a sleek six-seater table, while the kitchen is designed for convenience with a gas-top stove, and ample storage. A breakfast bar seating four is perfect for casual meals or a morning coffee with a view.
