The stylish main living area is open plan with the kitchen leading to a 6-seater dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities needed to whip up delicious meals, including a dishwasher for your convenience. The lounge has a rustic elegance, styled in soothing tones with natural wood finishes and includes a flat-screen TV with DSTV. The lounge leads to a furnished balcony with seating for 4 and stunning ocean views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a large window for plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to create one large bed if needed with access to the shared bathroom fitted with a shower. Other amenities include free WiFi, a weber braai, all towels and linens provided, undercover parking and immediate access to the famous Big Bay Beach - a hotspot for surfers and kitesurfers. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
