Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is right in the centre of town yet tucked away in a beautiful little pocket so it's quiet. The breakfast in the great restaurant next door is outstanding as well. Highly recommended!

Good hotel as a base

Great location, we love walking so it was close enough to the river walk and the downtown area. Very cozy and a nice warm atmosphere in the community area where they have an honor system for wine and other alcoholic and regular drinks. We only stayed one night but would definitely be back and stay longer. This is not the hotel if you want to have a view and spend time hanging out. That’s not its purpose.

Great Stellenbosch location

This is a great location to stay with easy walk to Stellenbosch. The rooms are superb, beautifully furnished with a sumptuous bathroom. The breakfast is served in a beautiful restaurant by the river next door and the service and food were excellent.

Very lovely Hotel

The room was lovely and big and had everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable and big. Breakfast was very nice and we sat outside in the sunshine. And everyone was super friendly.
