Blouberg Heights stands as a jewel in this coastal paradise, offering a holiday apartment that accommodates four people. With a queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in another, along with one bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-room entertainment, the apartment seamlessly blends comfort and style. The complex provides secure parking, controlled access, and a shared outdoor pool, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Surrounding Blouberg Heights are renowned eateries like On the Rocks, Blue Peter, and Ons Huise restaurant - an original farmhouse from the 1800s, each offering a taste of West Coast tradition with a focus on seafood and fish braais. For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2A Sir David Baird Drive, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
