This 2 bedroom is equipped with all the essentials and added luxuries to ensure that guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest. We also provides uninterrupted electricity through back up power that is within the property. The warm, modern lounge area is open plan and leads to a spacious balcony, while also boasting large sliding doors that display stunning ocean views and invite plenty of natural light inside. The kitchen, although compact, is great for creating meals with friends and provides modern appliances for easy cooking as well as a gas stove. When the weather is too cool, the enclosed sunroom is perfect for enjoying the surrounding views and relaxing with loved ones.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
