Atlantic Mist at Fairmile

Atlantic Mist at Fairmile is a comfortable studio apartment perfectly
situated in the beautiful area of Green Point in Cape Town. This
welcoming apartment is on the second floor of the Fairmile Building and
it’s designed to fit solo travellers or couples wanting to enjoy every
attraction that the city has to offer in a peaceful atmosphere during
their stay.

The inviting studio allows guests to experience an open-plan layout
that brings together the sleeping, kitchen, and living areas to create
a comfortable environment. The property has a minimalist, fully
equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, stove, and coffee
machine, giving visitors the freedom and convenience to prepare their
own meals during their vacation. Next to the kitchen, you will find a
dining area with seating for two people, perfect for morning breakfast.

The property features a bedroom that is thoughtfully fitted with a
comfy queen-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, and elegant couch at
the end of the bed, which create a cosy spot to sit while enjoying
entertainment from a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The space also
features a desk and chair perfect for doing some work or reading a book
on a holiday. Guests can enjoy an abundance of natural light that fills
in the room and lush greenery view from the large wraparound windows.

This studio is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, featuring
everything visitors need through their stay. Linen and towels are
included for added convenience.

Whether you are spending a weekend getaway or holiday in Atlantic Mist
at Fairmile, it’s located nearby the popular hotspots such as local
restaurants, boutique shops, and recreational attractions. This allows
guests to enjoy leisurely walks through the nearby Green Point Urban
Park, discover the V&A Waterfront, or explore the Sea Point Promenade
and take in the amazing ocean views.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Fairmile building, 207 Main Rd, Green Point, Cape Town, 8051

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
