Aquatic Penthouse - Coastal Luxury & Rooftop Views
Nestled in a tranquil corner of Camps Bay, Aquatic Penthouse offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views. Just a short stroll from the renowned Camps Bay beach, with its vibrant restaurants and bars, this stylish apartment is a true oasis.
The penthouse is located in a villa with two self-contained units. It has a private 2 X 5 meter plunge pool and lift access from the garage. One garage parking space and shared laundry is available for penthouse guests. Upper area of back garden is private to the penthouse and alarmed separately from the other unit.
Our house manager Arnold will check you in.
Pool is heated by solar system. Which means that heating will not be effective during rainy and cloudy days.
Solar/backup battery power with inverters for all essential loads during load shedding.
Pets - not allowed
