Step into Neptune’s Nook, a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom property in the beautiful coastal town of Cape Paterson. This classic, character filled retreat is situated on the top floor of a two-storey home and can sleep up to 4 guests.

The bedroom features a queen sized bed with ample storage for your belongings, ensuring a comfortable and clutter free stay. A second bed - a double futon - is located in the lounge room, providing additional sleeping space for 1–2 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, mini/benchtop-oven, double electric hotplate, coffee, tea and essential cooking items, making in-house meals simple and convenient. Relax in the lounge, featuring a smart TV and ceiling fan for extra comfort, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the view.

Whilst the property has many great features, there are a few important things to note. The ground floor of the property and garages are not accessible to guests, and access to the top-floor unit is via outdoor stairs. The property is partially self contained and does not include laundry facilities (washing machine and/or dryer).

Additional touches include reverse cycle heating and cooling and onsite parking for up to four vehicles. Neptune’s Nook is the ideal base for a relaxing coastal escape, just a short stroll or ride from Cape Paterson’s beautiful beaches, scenic walking trails, local cafe, store and tavern.
