「The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. 「The Rye Motor Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with the kind of taste that makes you wonder why every hotel isn’t doing it like this. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel easy, peaceful, and safe. The location was perfect too, close enough to explore but quiet enough to actually relax. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.」

「Great location on Route 1. Numerous beaches, nature preserves, shops/restaurants within 1-3 miles. We brought 2 little kids and they loved the pool. The pool was a big highlight.

「Excellent property, modern, very clean and plenty of very thoughtful touches. Very safe area and beautiful gardens all around. Also very convenient was the parking, given how crowds Kennebunk is.The only issue I had was the stairs, apartment is on the second floor. I have an injured knee and it was painful to go up and down.That being said I would highly recommend this property to people without a mobility issue, wish I had known. Overall I give this property an A.」
