Inside, the farmhouse features the warm character of its original wood floors, staircase, and stained‑glass window, paired with thoughtful modern updates. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a full—each styled with calming coastal décor, soft quilts, and fresh 100% cotton linens to ensure a restful stay. The Farmhouse by the Beach place was great for our family of 5. Check in was easy, Barb was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The place is in a great location - close to beaches and activities. Would definitely recommend!

Barbara is a wonderful thoughtful host. The farmhouse is cozy and supplied with quality linens and well designed for maximum comfort. The area is so fun to explore with something for everyone. The bike path was a big hit too! I highly recommend this lovely vintage home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was cute and very clean. We slept great in the most comfortable of beds! Everything we needed was available to us including the owner who was very attentive to any questions we had with quick responses. We had a family gathering for a week. The host was very responsive and helpful. When we arrived there was plenty of room for cars with instructions and tips on things to do in the area. Not far from all the action and very comfortable stay, highly recommend!

It’s impossible to put into words how much we loved our stay! The house is beautiful and sits on an amazing piece of land. It’s so peaceful and the bike path near by is so convenient. Our children really enjoyed biking to the local zoo! The home itself is stocked to the brim with everything you could possibly need for an amazing and comfortable stay. The beds were so soft, the living room is so cozy and the overall charm of the farmhouse tied it all together. The location is great only a short ride to the beach and the welcome bag upon arrival was so thoughtful! 10 out of 10 stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you Barbara!! Your home is certainly a sea side treasure!

Comfortable and clean

We found Barbara's farmhouse to be comfortable and clean. The house EVERYTHING a person could need in a vacation stay. We cooked our own food, saving money and enjoying food cooked the way we like it. The location is also ideal.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Country Charm Farmhouse. The house was very welcoming and family friendly. The extra blankets on the couches made for nice relaxing after a fun day out. We also enjoyed having the availability of beach chairs, towels, and tags to use at beautiful Sea Isle Beach. Traveling in a small car, these extra amenities made it so there were a few less items to pack. We hope to return in the future.

Excellent Bang for the Buck

We enjoyed our stay in South Seaville; the house and bedrooms were quite comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed from comfortable beds to plenty of towels, a nice deck and comfortable deck furniture, and a Weber propane grill that functioned well. The bathroom was very nice, large and clean and had a full size washer and dryer that we used once or twice. The kitchen was large and contained up-to-date appliances, i.e., nice stainless steel refrigerator, nice stove that we didn't use much, nice dishwasher. Silverware and cutlery was more than sufficient for our needs. The living room is large and comfortable; the television was quite large and functioned well. The outside property is quite large and the South Seaville area is an interesting place to explore. We used the beach tags provided to go to the beach in Stone Harbor which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the house. The only significant downside - to me, but not necessarily to the rest of my family - was the noise from a surprising amount of traffic in the early morning, at dinner time, and at bed time ... not a problem for driving, just a problem for sleeping. I would recommend bringing ear plugs, headphones, or ear buds if you think you might have trouble sleeping with cars travelling past the house at about 45 m.p.h. The host was kind and communicative and assisted with all my questions. The five of us had a pleasant and affordable stay. Thank you, Lopez family for sharing your unique home!
