My husband and I occupy the main house to which this addition is attached, but the split level space is completely your own and not shared. Come enjoy the Foodie haven of Portland, Maine and the quiet elegance of rural living. Come to write your next novel or just get away. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Portland and all the local beaches; as well as numerous woods walks and beach walks walking distance from our home. Bring your bike and paddle board, or borrow our canoe and kayak.

We have an induction hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and outdoor grill, but the kitchen is small. No dishwasher. No clothes washer or dryer.
