Nice but dated house. Could use some updating and a deep cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the plants and fan blades. The pool was heated but not warm enough to overcome the cool nights, so it was still mostly too cold to swim unfortunately. The house had abundant sliding doors (that could use some maintenance) that really open up the space and allow for a nice breeze. Overall the house was decent and served it's purpose. The area is filled with vacation rentals and there were better values nearby, but it's hard to know this until you are there. We know for next time.

Very nice!

Home was as advertised on Vrbo. The home had everything we could of asked for. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as we went for several walks. Our only item we would doc for is there was no spare toilet paper….but there were several Publix stores in the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Great family stay

It was a perfect place to stay with our daughter, son-in-law, and 3 grandkids! . The location was convenient for morning Starbucks run and picking up groceries, as well as local day trips. We all loved spending hours in the heated, lighted pool! The host was super responsive to the couple questions we asked. Definitely recommend!

Grossartig!!

Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen ganz tollen Außenbereich mit einem tollen großen Pool. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die großartige Verwalterin (Caroline Dunn), die Hilfsbereitschaft in Person. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für alles.

Cape Coral Vacation

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and a very comfortable home. The property manager was great and immediately attended to any repairs that were needed. The pool was spectacular and the patio very spacious. We will be renting again.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside Villa! Very nice neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is large and comfortable. The best part is the pool area. Lots of seating and loungers. We spent several afternoons just floating in the pool and enjoying the sunshine. The Property Manager is great and is very helpful.

Cape Coral property

We had several issues with air conditioning leaking, pool bathroom toilet leaking, screen missing .our first week we had 4 different repair men in the house and 1 repair man our second week. The pool bathroom was out of order until the second Tuesday we were there. Had to clean up after toilets were replaced as they must have put old toilets in showers and floors were wet and dirty. Had to clean the washing machine as it’s a front load and had terrible musty odor . Property is in good location, the pool is nice. Property good use some upgrades such as new mattresses and furnishings.

Lovely!

We spent Christmas week here and it was wonderful. House is FULLY loaded, pool and home are clean. Bike riding in the neighborhood was wonderful! Very quiet neighborhood :)

Einfach nur wunderschön

Zuerst ein grosses Dankeschön an Caroline Dunn, Sie ist großartig und hat immer auf alle Anfragen sofort geantwortet und weiter geholfen. Das Haus ist ein kleiner Juwel. Unbeschreiblich schön, sehr sauber (Duschköpfe benötigen ein update ). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und mit dem Auto kommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu schönen Restaurants, Supermärkten etc. Der Pool inkl. Terasse ist ein absolutes Highlight sowie der Rest des Hauses. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Objekt wieder besuchen. Thank you Caroline and owner.

Perfect!

It was easy to book! The pool was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighborhoods were friendly. I loved everything the house came equipped with. The kids lived in the pool. One day we drove 30 minutes to Fort Myers beach. But the grocery and every you need is 5 minutes from the house. I've sent the link to other relatives to recommend the house!

Wonderful vacation home

The house and location were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool and tanning on the deck almost every day. The rental arrangements were smooth and ready, and the owner was great.

Had an excellent time.

We took our first family trip with our 7 month old son. The property was an excellent choice and we were very satisfied with everything. The pool was our favorite part!

This place is amazing!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was seamless! The place was very clean and exceeded all my expectations! The extras included with our stay really made a huge difference- beach towels, cooler, etc.

Nice getaway

Quite neighborhood, very nice, house is big like in pictures, pool was amazing! Liked that they let you use the garage and had rafts and bikes there too! Place was perfect highly recommend.
