The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed the bikes and kayaks too. It was obvious great care was given to explain how everything in the house works and where everything was. We especially enjoyed the power recliners in the living room. In so many rentals you're watching TV on an uncomfortable hide-a-bed. The recliners were very comfortable and made for excellent viewing for the Super Bowl. Also enjoyed having use of the garage. It makes loading and unloading so much easier. The lanai is wonderful and we enjoyed meals and curling up with a good book there. We also took a boat tour with Captain Bruce and had a great time. Beautiful boat and we learned a lot about the area. Had a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!

We loved all the amenities The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained. Everything we needed was there. Excellent location, close to beaches and shopping. We were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Pictures were exactly what the house was. Linens,towels everything in the house was top quality. Pool and hot tub were clean and appropriate temperature. Will defintely rent again!

The house is just as the pictures show. It is spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. We saw a dolphin and turtle in the canal, and iguanas hung out on the docks. It was a great vacation, thank you for sharing this home!!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit schönem Pool. Der Steg ist sehr nett, mit schönen Relaxsesseln. Ein großes Lob an die Vermietungsagentur, sie haben sofort reagiert auf unsere Anfragen und haben direkt Ersatzteile bestellt. Top Empfehlung von unserer Seite.

Cape Coral

This is a lovely, well maintained, and well-equipped home. The canal view is beautiful within a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our week of quiet and spent much time in the pool.We were delighted to see some burrowing owls around the neighborhood and an iguana we nicknamed "Senor" who sunned on the dock and seawall in the afternoons.

Home Away From Home

We were pleased that the home we rented was what we saw from the pictures. It felt like a home away from home. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Great property - highly recommended

The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. The pool and spa functioned very well.Overall, we had a great stay! Highly recommend this place which offers great «value for money».

A little piece of paradise

We spent a wonderful week in this home, which was clean and appeared just as decribed. The best part was the pool and hot tub, which easily heated up with a button. The pool was warm and inviting. We apprecited how every switch was labled and the detialed guest guide. I especially appreciated the recliners, as if you have them at home, you miss them when traveling. We didn't want to leave and speant more time then planned just relaxing by the pool. We figured out in the last days that that sliding doors in the living room open all the way up and the weather was perfect to do so. The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. The area is very residential. There were stores and restaurants near by. There is an 8 dollar toll to pass back and forth into Ft. Meyers, which could add up quickly. All in all, it was a lovely, comfortable home that I would reccomend. Thank you!

A great place to stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool/hot tub area. Very clean and spacious. We loved the location (close to Publix and Walmart) and a short drive to Ft . Myers Beach. Would definitely want to stay here ahain!
