An exterior door leads to a fenced backyard. Take a short drive to Cape Harbor for a wide variety of shopping and dining. Matlacha is only six miles from home and offers a charming artist island community with marvelous boutiques and delicious seafood. For days on the shoreline, visit Four Freedoms Beach, less than eight miles away, or Yacht Club Public Beach, just shy of 10 miles away. To discover more beauty of the region, rent kayaks or charter a boat to adventure through the Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve or the McCardle Island Preserve.





    Unwind after fun-filled days in the spacious interior, which features luxe furnishings, high-end appliances, and two smart TVs.
