Villa Sunset View is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom home right on the waterfront and is perfect for six guests to enjoy a Florida vacation together. The single-level Mediterranean-style home is surrounded by tropical landscaping and a bricked driveway and walk lead to the covered patio entrance. Make yourself at home, then head out back for plenty of rest and relaxation. The covered patio features outdoor living furniture so everyone can gather and enjoy the outdoors together, and a dining table that seats six to enjoy a meal al fresco, either from the stainless steel BBQ grill or the gourmet kitchen inside. The screen structure guards the in-ground pool with partial zero-edge and spillover spa from the Florida sun and bugs. Beyond the screened area is your private dock with boat lift on the canal. Launch a boat, kayak, paddleboard, or other watercraft for an easy day on the water.

Interior Amenities

Open the front door to the open living, kitchen, and dining space. Comfortable couches and chairs surround an entertainment center with flat screen TV, where you can spend time with loved ones watching a movie or TV show together. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boats expansive counters and a myriad of cupboards and drawers, along with stainless steel appliances to help you prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. A raised bar offers seating for three, while the dining area boasts a glass-topped table that seats everyone.

For a good night's sleep, choose a private bedroom. The two master suites each feature king bedroom sets, a flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor space, so you can swim or soak in the hot tub alone in the evening. The first master suite boasts an en suite bathroom with massive walk-in shower and stand-alone soaking tub between “his” and “hers” vanities. The second master suite boasts a large, frameless glass shower and double-sink vanity. The third bedroom hosts a queen bedroom set, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and private access to the side yard patio. The en suite bath boasts a large walk-in shower with frameless glass door and single-sink vanity with farm-style sink.
