Spectacular 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located on the Rubicon canal just 2 miles from downtown Cape Coral's shopping / nightlife and the Yacht Club beach. Your patio doors are located steps away from the heated pool just off your private lanai area. Only 15 minutes from world class beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. So much to do in the area from Boston Red Sox and Minn Twins springs training games, Florida Everblades ECHL hockey games, trips to the beach and plentiful dining and entertainment awaits your stay. Fishing, bird watching, trailing, outdoor activities by the 100's. You just can’t do it all on one trip...so plan on coming back to SW Florida again very soon!

Perfect for a family!
Super nice and very clean unit. Pool right outside patio door makes it easy for kids to enjoy pool. Even had poles we were able to use and catch some catfish. Brian was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions.

I would recommend this to everyone! It was very relaxing from comfy beds, sitting by the pool(screened), to sitting on the dock. Close to everywhere 20 minutes, Fort Myers Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc…

We had an awesome stay. This property was quiet, clean and well kept and being on the canal was so wonderful. We do not have a boat but it gave my husband a place to get a line in the water ;). We hope to come back and stay again as we have very good friends in the area. We loved it!!

Loved our stay. The condo was exactly as we expected, location was ideal and in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was awesome and being on the canal was a plus. Very clean and comfortable. Brian, the owner was easily accessible and made sure everything was in order. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful getaway
The condo was beautiful! It looked like it was newly remodeled so fresh, modern and clean. We had a great time here, there was two other families there, they were so friendly. We were a bit worried about the close proximity of the condos, but it was great, if we wanted privacy we had it, If we wanted to chat with people we did that too. Definitely go to the famers market in Cape Coral, very yummy. Fort Meyers Beach is only a 30 min drive. Sunset was beautiful at the Yacht Club(a very short drive) It was so very relaxing, loved it, there was even fishing rods...could have used more frying pans and spices in the kitchen, but would stay again ....hopefully soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - very comfortable and close to many restaurants and the beach. The 5 condos are very close to the pool and very close to each other. It is definitely a "party atmosphere" for the whole property. Thank you Brian!

Relaxing Stay!
Great stay at Seatuit Unit D. Loved Cape Coral and our accomodations. The Unit is very comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was clean and decorating is tasteful. Everything you need is here. Brian and Darlene were always available to assist in any way. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome
My wife and I stayed for a week and had a very enjoyable time. The villa was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen along with beach towels and bathroom linen. Brian was around several times during the week and was always a phone call away for any questions. Two other units had guests who were a lot of fun also. We had privacy when we wanted and company to laugh with when we wanted. The heated pool was also great and we took full advantage of it most days.
