Great stay in Southern Florida to get out of the Northern cold. We enjoyed the property and use of the heated pool and boat dock. Great restaurants near by and close shopping for groceries etc.

Quiet place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though we were in a residential neighborhood, the location of this house on the end of the canal made it very quiet for us. We did stay during the week so I’m sure some of the neighbors were probably working, But we spent most of our time on the back patio and only saw neighbors once or twice. House was very clean and accommodating and we would rent again.

Great place to stay

Wonderful home. Great place to bring your boat. We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the pool. Kids loved it. Joyce was an amazing host. Would recommend it!

perfect paradise

the stay was nothing short of amazing! easy boating. easy and fun dining on the water. the house (and pool) were the perfect to retreat to after a fun, long day of exploring, beaching, fishing. we felt at home and safe. plan of booking again in the near future.

Great Property!

This has been one of the best properties I've stayed at with VRBO. The pictures don't do the home justice. It is huge and has all the room you could need. Myself, my husband, my step son, my 3 year old grandson, a friend and his 8 year old son all stayed for 4 days and all had plenty of room. There was plenty of bedroom space for each of us to have our own private time, as well as plenty of community space for us to cook, have meals, and spend time together. The outdoor space is one of the biggest lots I've seen in this area or on a canal, period. You have plenty of screened in area to swim, relax, or have meals under the covered area. There is also quite a bit of yard with a grassy area, sandy area, shaded and unshaded, and plenty of dock space for at least 2 full size boats. The property manager was very helpful and was just a phone call away for any questions or checkin/checkout information. The house even has a full 2 car garage with plenty of storage area. The neighborhood is established, quiet, and any interaction with neighbors was very friendly.

Check-in was seamless. Great location. Loved fishing right from the dock. House is adorable and had plenty of space. We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again.

What a wonderful, comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather!

This property was so comfortable, enjoyable and overall wonderful! We loved the peace and quiet, the neighborhood, location to shopping and restaurants, and nature. We'd love to come back next spring!

Good location

It was as described except there were only 2 bathrooms. It was a nice and relaxing area. The pool didn't seem to be heated though, so we couldn't use it. I couldn't find any written instructions on how to log onto the wifi. Big bummer for the kids, but there was tv to keep them entertained.

Perfect

This our second time staying here in the last 2 months. We came back cause it was so relaxing the last time. The house is a great size. According to the kids the pool needs to be bigger. I think it is just fine. Plenty of room for our boat You can fish right off the dock. My son caught a nice size Snook this time. We enjoyed ourselves a lot on our long weekend.

Amazing

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and clean. We loved the pool. Had plenty of space for our boat. The kids had a blast on the dock. Fence in yard was a plus for the dogs. Joyce was great.

Fun on the dock

We had a blast hanging by the pool & fishing off the dock. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. Very comfortable house & great location!!
