New Waterfront with Gulf Access and Tiki Hut

Waterfront living at its finest, outdoor living on a salt water canal with a ledge to drop a line! Beautiful new construction home with a western exposure pool, bbq grill and gulf access. Dock your boat or rent one! Private pool, edges for your drink of choice, and sun loungers to enjoy the views. This four-bedroom, two-bath home has lavish furnishings, abundant natural light, and a canal front location close to shopping and dining. Plush beds in all 4 bed rooms and amazing kitchen! Please note that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Two security cameras are present on the front of the home and one on the side of the home where the pool equipment is. The is another camera on the back of the home facing the canal. No cameras inside or in the pool area. Pool heat can be purchased for an additional $50 per day and must be purchased every day. We need at least a week notice for pool heat. The pool typically stays around 85° without heat. There are four bedrooms total. Three of them have queen beds and one has a king. The office has a fold down queen size Murphy bed.

Fell in Love with This Place!

This home is simply magical — beautiful, spotless, and truly welcoming. The house had everything — I didn’t even unpack half of what I brought. I loved cooking in the kitchen — everything I needed was there.The host was absolutely wonderful — always quick to respond and full of helpful tips. His support made everything so much easier for me, and I truly appreciated that.My son caught his very first fish from the dock — such a special memory! The location is peaceful and close to all the stores. The pool and BBQ were great, and the master shower was amazing.We definitely recommend this home and would love to return. If you’re still deciding — this is the one!

Perfect Accommodations

The accommodation was better than anticipated. The place is well maintained and the pool refreshing. From reservation through departure everything was easy and communication very prompt. I book through VRBO often and even though I have had pleasant experiences, this by far was my favorite. Will definitely book this place again when visiting. It was so conveniently located.

Love This Place!

Our 2 boys loved the pool and all the toys for it! The house itself was amazing, clean, spacious, and so much more. Everything in the description was true. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s not far from stores, restaurants, and beaches. Host was super accommodating and quick to respond with questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Your forever home, you will never want to leave!

This property is the best we have ever rented from VRBO! This is a new build on a canal with a lanai, pool, dock and tiki hut with a spectacular view of sunrises and sunsets.The entire house is immaculate and the bedding was so comfortable, it made you feel like you were in your own home. The neighborhood was so quiet and watching the wildlife was so relaxing.This is truly a one in a million property and communication with Justin was superb.

We had a great experience and cannot recommend more. The house was amazing, the kitchen well stocked with all we needed, the pool was just the right temperature, and we made friends with the turtles while sitting at the tiki hut. Justin was super responsive both before and during our stay.

Restful Thanksgiving 2024

Our family of five (teens 15,18 and 20) plus one grandparent spent Thanksgiving week 2024 at this home. It was a great location to several nice beaches where we spent our days. Fort Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva were all within 30 minutes. There is ping pong, electric scooters and games that we enjoyed as well. Beds are very comfortable and the heated pool convenient. The house is brand new, very clean and has everything you need to relax and chill.Justin is a great host and very responsive. A little owl perched above the front door every day and we loved seeing if he would return each day. (Down the street we found his home in the ground too.)
