First Stay in Cape Coral

We had a wonderful month in Cape Coral. The pool and lanai area was our favorite part. The property was just as described. We would definitely stay again. Having said that, the rental does need a little "refresh". Instructions on how everything works would have been nice.

Great Place

Winter Escape

Great house

We had a great stay. We worked a lot so weren’t there during the day. My only complaint is the bed in the master. Not great. Beautiful home with lots of space. Would definitely return.

It is a beautiful house with an amazing view, and I was totally relaxed the whole time I was here

I enjoyed the whole experience, renting this property. My niece joined me for one day, and she thought it was beautiful. Also looking forward to coming back next year.

Great house!

This has been an awesome house both times we have been there. The kids always love it and may love it alittle more since they got to see a river otter. Always a great stay!

Wir sind sehr begeistert gewesen.

Wir waren mit unseren Familien 2 Wochen da um zu heiraten. Es ist wirklich ausreichend Platz da, der Pool ist super. Das Haus ist auch im Vergleich zu anderen Gegenden sehr central. Man ist schnell an den beliebten Touristenzielen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Loved the property and ameneties!

Meeting with the property manager on arrival was a plus! He was very helpful. The property was exactly as described with the exception of the canal. Because of the lack of rain this year the water levels were very low. We cooked all of our meals at home so it was great to have a fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys were a bonus. Home was very clean. Sheets on beds could have been better quality, but that was the only thing that could have been improved upon. We loved our stay at this property! Well kept and maintained!

A Wonderful vacation.

I rented this property for a month and was there with my elderly parents and my daughter and her children. The house was a perfect set up for this age diverse group. My daughter and her children could have their own space as could my parents. There was a safety fence for the pool that we used while my daughter was there, then was able to remove it for the rest of the month. It was a huge bonus! Overall the home had what we needed to provide a comfortable stay. My parents and I have rented homes in Florida for the past 15 years. The Cape Coral area was new to us. It was a more residential community, less touristy than other areas where we have rented. I would recommend this home to others that are looking. Thank you Andrea!

It was ok

When we arrived every light and tv was on, we thought the cleaning people were still there it creeped us out. Shower was not very clean and towels and rugs were put away wet. Master bathroom, bedroom could be updated. I have never rented a vrbo that wanted a physical check in nor have stated somewhere where they wanted us to pay electric that’s ridiculous. Overall it was a decent place overpriced but ok.

Great getaway

The property was very clean and everything was in working order. We didn't have any issues during our stay. We were traveling with our kids age 16,14 and 9. We liked that they each had their own bedroom and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. The pool was very nice. The property manager showed us how to adjust the pool heater temp. It was a bit warm from what we're used to in MN. There were a couple coolers and beach chairs to use. The kitchen was well stocked with things. There were some floaty things for the pool as well. Overall the house had everything you'd need - but it also wasn't cluttered like some we looked at. The kids were in the pool at least 2x/day. They said the house was one of their favorite parts of the trip. There is a Publix & Target within 5 minutes or so which was great for groceries and such. The canal made for a nice view. Not much activity on this one aside from some wildlife and an occasional kayaker... It's a 30-60 minute drive to the beaches depending on traffic. That's one thing we learned about the area is it takes a while to get anywhere and how long it takes can vary a lot depending on traffic. This was also our 1st time using VRBO so we were a little hesitant. But we had a lot of fun. It's a great property.

Vacation 2021

NICE!!

We had a wonderful time in cape coral. We absolutely love the location of this property as far as the canal. The kids loved seeing all the different wildlife such as fish, turtles and iguanas. We will definitely be back there again soon. Thanks for everything!!

Perfect for the family

The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, but close to major thoroughfares. Everything is easy to get to. The house is well maintained and has a great layout for gathering after a fay at the beach or ballfields.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und hat eine grosse Terrasse mit Swimmingpool Pool und Blick auf den Kanal. Die touristischen Ziele der Umgebung wie Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Naples sind leicht von dort zu erreichen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Die Adresse war nicht korrekt angegeben, so dass wir beim Bezug nachts länger suchen mussten. Der Check-In durch den Verwalter am nächsten Morgen verlief dann sehr freundlich und problemlos.
