Welcome to Cape Coral. This Condo is in the desirable Pelican area of Cape Coral, FL. It is the perfect place to call home base while visiting Southwest FL. The home is less than a minute from restaurants, shops, doctors & Publix supermarket, and 1 mile from Cape Harbor. It has everything guests need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the many surrounding areas. The home has three bedrooms and is able to sleep eight guests. There are a total of four beds, three kings and one queen sofa. An outdoor patio lanai ensures that everyone will have a place to relax after returning from the beach. Guests can enjoy the condo association's pool on-site. We are 140 steps to the pool.
While some relax on the lanai, and pool area, others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have a second-floor open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home.
Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation with comfort and a great location. The home has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has a streaming Television with high-speed internet. For your entertainment, we have included dozens of board games. No matter how guests decide they want to spend their time at this Cape Condo, this home is just the place you are looking for.
Note that parties are not allowed and guests under 23 require advance approval.
PETS - Pets are not allowed: Per the Condo Association pets are not allowed and animals of any type require condo assoc approval. Finally, our insurance does not cover animals, guests with such waiver requests would have to purchase liability insurance with 1M coverage covering the address for their stay and provide evidence prior to check-in. See house rules.

Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the front door. There are no camera devices inside the home. There are additional cameras controlled by the condo association at the outdoor community pool and the dumpster area. Other unit owners may have cameras at their doors.
