Exquisite details and the thoughtful design make this 2020 home a luxury resort. You'll be delighted by the bright, modern decor with high-end furnishings. Surrounded by beautiful palm trees, this showpiece is located at the end of the Jacquarene Canal (fresh water). Enjoy the sunrises on the terrace or in the hot tub directly at the canal.

Villa Bella Vita features a stunning custom saltwater pool/spa with infinity edge, a sunbed and various jets, fountains and waterfalls. Thanks to the gas pool heater, the water can be kept at the perfect temperature year-round. An outdoor shower completes the pool area. Of course, it is also surrounded by a screen. The screen protects you from insects and UV radiation and also keeps the pool clean.

The modern outdoor kitchen with gas grill, hood, sink and refrigerator is ready for your use. Under the covered lanai there is a dining table for 6 people and a lounge. The ceiling fans provide a comfortable climate.

Upon entering the home, you will be amazed by the large open space with the high coffered tray ceiling and the custom gourmet kitchen. Large porcelain tiles have been installed on the floor. The entire home is equipped with Hurricane Impact windows and doors.

The fully equipped kitchen features state of the art appliances, a pot filler and a waterfall quartz countertop with 4 high chairs. Cooking on the high quality gas stove is fun - not just for professionals. The heat can be regulated very quickly and efficiently. There is room for the whole family at the kitchen table with 6 chairs. For a relaxing evening, there is a comfortable sofa corner with a large flat-screen TV.

If you have a little work to do, a PC is ready for you in the light-filled office.

The beautiful master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size box-spring bed, a fan, and a large mirror. Sliding doors give you access to the lanai. In the adjoining dressing room and the large dresser, you will find enough space for your vacation wardrobe. You will love the spacious, luxurious master bathroom with its large rain shower with natural light and soaking tub.

In the other room you will find 2 single beds and a dresser for your clothes. The matching bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet and is also directly accessible from the pool area.

Villa Bella Vita is very centrally located. The house is within walking distance of the Santa Barbara Shops, Walgreens Drugstore and Publix Supermarket.

Superb stay!

We enjoyed our three weeks at Villa Bella Vita! The property was even better than listed. Very clean and well appointed. The morning sunrise was spectacular over the pool and down the canal. Great location, with a Publix and Aldi minutes away. We will be back!
