Stayed at this property 3/20/25-3/28/25. Pro’s: nice locationnice poolnice dock areaLots of bedroomsGood sized kitchenKayaks were a nice touchOutdoor shower is greatThere is a high chair (with no tray) and a pac-n-playFully stocked kitchen, even some food and drinks in the refrigerator and the freezer when we arrived Cons: THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOUSE. There is glass furniture, lamps, glassware and other decorations everywhere. At every turn was something else that could be broken. If you bring a toddler with you, plan to never sit down.Tile floors throughout the house are impassable with wet feet. Many in our group fell throughout the week. Showed up to no roof covering on the house, just felt paper. Ok, repairs happen. At least they didn’t while we were there. Pool was cold for first 2 days. Property manager assured us it was set to 85. When she finally came she realized that wasn’t the case. Issue resolved. Ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed bedroom would not work, nor the tv in the rear left bedroom. we were told the handyman would reach out to schedule a time. Didn’t happen. Kitchen refrigerator/freezer leaks water onto the floor. Property manager told us said she was aware of the issue. Wasn’t resolved. Plan on 1 towel per day to stop water from leaking across the kitchen floor.Dryer never worked properly. Finally stopped turning on altogether. got a working dryer on day 7.
