Quiet Neighborhood and Good location

Our family had a great stay at this lovely home. Very clean, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had basically everything you would need to prepare a meal.

Great 2nd stay

This was our 2nd time here. We loved all of the little extras provided. Communication with Jill was perfect. We had to head out early because of the hurricane but were reimbursed for the unused days. We will definitely be returning.

could use some calm

communication with the property manager was tense. There was some confusion regarding the beds provided as the listing appears to offer two king beds. Actual is one king one queen and a small room with two twin beds that can be slid together. When clarification was requested, the communication because terse and remained oppositional throughout the stay. Pool was very cold in October.

Nice home

The home was nice. Toilets need to be cleaned under the rim They were pretty bad. And the lanai was dirty so that when you left the pool, your footsteps created muddy prints. Aside from those things, our stay was very nice!

Lovely heated pool. Great for swimming and sunning. Home very comfortable and clean. States there are 2 king beds and one queen. There is one king, one queen and one twin. It was not a problem for us, but thought others should know. Loved the home, would love to rent it again next year for longer period of time.

Private and Restful Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in Southwest Florida. Hubby came to play ball … I came to rest and relax. Clean house, quiet and well maintained property. Great place to cook your own meal or travel a short distance to eat out. Not far from beaches, shopping and ballparks.

Home away from home

This was an excellent choice for a holiday vacation home. We came for relaxation and golf. The house was in great shape....the pool was awesome...and the private yard was a bonus. Jill was a joy to deal with before we arrived and during our 2 week stay. Barb & Tyler

Cozy comfy and classy

Beautiful home with excellent hosts. The house really felt like home. Our family had everything we needed and more. Jill is excellent to work with. Quick with communication and happy to be a help when we needed. Would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Great house for family or friends

The house was amazing. The lanai was very comfortable and loved the pool with the lights at night . Use of the garage was also a plus to keep the car out of the hot sun. The house was clean and very accommodating.

Great stay

The house was very nice. My wife and 2 kids enjoyed the pool and just in general how much room there was. Anywhere we wanted to go seemed to be within about 10 minutes or less.

Family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! Super nice with all furnishings and very close to a lot of different things to do. Jill was so nice and very easy to work with and also very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything! The grill out back and the pool were wonderful to have at the home to relax and wind down after we spent long hot days at the ball field. We can’t way to come back and stay at this property again! This property exceeded all of my expectations!

Wonderful home

Perfect Vacation Home!

We really enjoyed our stay! Home was clean. The location was close to restaurants, stores, beaches, and Sunsplash. Comfortable beds, kitchen is fully stocked. Tropical fenced in back yard. Beautiful saltwater pool with cage was amazing. Very peaceful neighborhood. Loved going to Ft Myers Beach and going on the Cruisin Tiki with Captain Nick.

Annual Family Vacation
