Baseball stay

We had a baseball tournament and were looking for a place to stay. The property was just as listed and had everything that we needed to enjoy our mini vacation. We would definitely stay again.

Winter Reprieve

This home was perfect for our " Winter Reprieve" from NJ cold. It was easy to communicate and everything was as it stated. We loved that the home was stocked with some basics on arriving and kitchen had all we needed. The pool, a grill, and excellent weather sent us into instant summer mode. Thanks for a great vaca, here!

The Manager Bob was a very friendly and helpful

Cleaners need to leave more TP. Also kitchen under stocked compared to others I've stayed at. But all went well.

Everything Perfect!

Super clean house, everything new or recently updated, very well supplied with everything from kitchen equipment to pool towels. Nice smart TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of pots, pans and even some cooking oils, coffee and spices/condiments. Nice open layout in the living/dining/kitchen area which opens out to a large covered lanai and the fully screened in heated pool. There’s not a single thing I can think of that could be improved.

It is not always about the problem, but the way in which a problem is resolved.

Our challenges were communicated to the property manage the morning after we arrived. Don arrived at the property within 15 minutes with sincere apologies and an explanation. We were satisfied with his offer for resolution. Challenges will arise on any vacation - Don handled things quickly and with professionalism. He definitely wanted us to be satisfied with the results and we were.

Great family vacation spot!

We loved our stay at this house. It is spacious and clean with nice decor. The outdoor eating and pool area are perfect and the dock area was nice to sit on and watch the sunsets. Couple things to be aware of. 1. Flooring is super slick. Be very careful when getting out of the pool and walking into covered porch area. 2. The bush directly behind the pool outside the fence has thorns about a half in long. There were branches left in the yard that we didn’t see. DO NOT go barefoot back there. Don was great to work with. Super easy to get a hold of. We would definitely return.

Stay was OK

The house was clean and neat with lots of room. The man who cleans the pool showed up unexpectedly while my wife was in the pool, alone. I didn't see any correspondence that he was coming and she was startled. Not overly concerning but wish we knew he was coming.

We were very impressed with the house… everything worked good…. The pool was suppose to be heated and that gave us a little trouble but we did get a few day we could swim. We will definitely use vrbo again!

Even better than expected!

Super clean and had many household items available you may need! Close to everything. Spouses children live here and it was a big plus their school was only within 10 min of the home, so we were able to keep them and take them back and forth to school. We will be back!
