Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.

For Airbnb bookings, electricity usage is included in the total booking price for stays of up to 7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $20 to $25 per night.
