This home offers a large kitchen with a beautiful large granite kitchen island. New furnishings throughout the home, tastefully decorated. Five TV's for your pleasure and of course Wi-Fi internet service. The fully stocked kitchen looks out over the pool and oversized lanai.

Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach beckons boaters and car owners. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel lighthouse and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you’ll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous tide.

Relax and enjoy

We loved our stay. Here. The property has been newly renovated and is amazingly clean. The kids swam in the pool almost every day and did some light fishing off the pier. In addition, the neighbors were super nice. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

Great Newly-Renovated Home in Perfect Location

We loved the property which is perfectly located in South-Central Cape. It's newly renovated with just a few minor items to still be completed. We ran into a couple of plumbing issues which were quickly handled by property management. That being said, it's a very nice home on a canal with a beautiful pool in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Me and my family had a good time the house needs a couple of fix offs there where dirty dishes left in the dishwasher one of the bathrooms was clogged and had to be fixed the next day mind you it was 10 of us so we only had 1 shower to use aside from that it was decent.
