Overall, Villa American Beauty is a stunning vacation rental property in Cape Coral, offering luxury, comfort, and style for a memorable stay in Southwest Florida. The property boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar. It is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. The adjacent dining area offers a stylish setting for enjoying meals together.

Villa American Beauty has four tastefully decorated bedrooms, two with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful sanctuary for a good night`s sleep.

The outdoor area of the villa is equally impressive. It features a large swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious deck with loungers and a covered dining area. The beautifully landscaped yard offers privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Villa American Beauty is conveniently located in Cape Coral, with easy access to nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants. It is a short drive away from popular attractions such as Sanibel Island and Fort Myers, offering plenty of opportunities for entertainment and recreation.

Guest can use the entire House including Garage.

We do a Personal Check-in the day after arrival, to answer all the questions our guests may have.

Cape Coral, in general, is a coastal city known for its extensive canal system and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. The Villa American Beauty is directly on the water. Rent a boat to enjoy the beaches, boating, and waterfront activities that Cape Coral has to offer.

Various amenities, including grocery stores, schools, parks, and shopping centers, are within a short driving distance from this location. The city`s downtown area is also easily accessible, offering a range of dining, entertainment, and cultural options.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review and acknowledge the following key house policies:

• Check-in is 4:00 PM | Check-out is 10:00 AM (early/late options may be available for a fee)
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
• No smoking inside the property
• No pets unless explicitly approved in writing
• Quiet hours and local noise ordinances must be respected
• Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the home and its contents
• Electricity usage beyond the included allowance (property-specific) may be charged
• A security deposit and valid credit card are required for all stays

Wonderful stay in this cozy retreat

We had a fantastic time staying at American Dream. The property was just as described in the listing, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day exploring or relaxing on the beach. The host was incredibly responsive, and check in , and check out was a breeze. The location of the property was great, situated close to popular restaurants and the local beach. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious with 2 having ensuite bathrooms. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, of a fun family vacation.
