For some local fun, you’ll be situated in a great location close to water parks, restaurants, shopping, and the coast. Fort Myers Beach is a little over 18 miles away, and Matlacha Island is nearby as well.

Inside, you’ll love the spacious, open floor plan with sleek flooring. The modern kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a standalone island with seating. After you’ve whipped up some of your favorite foods, share a meal with loved ones in the dining area. When it’s time to unwind, the living room’s plush sofa provides the perfect setting to stream the latest release. Extras include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet for added convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Grill didn’t work

Overall great stay! The only things that disappointed me was the fact that the grill did not work. Also, wish they would have had more patio furniture. The pool is only heated if you pay an additional 35 dollars a day which is kinda hidden in the fine print… to be fair I didn’t read the fine print.. so I found out about that charge 3 days before we showed up. Btw. I should have paid that lol!
