Our villa on the wide Henley Canal awaits you with 250m² of exclusive, passionately furnished, southern colonial-style furnishings. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the particularly large living area with dining area and open access to the kitchen and breakfast area. From here as well as the two large bedrooms you have a grandiose view over the spacious pool area and the boat dock with an extra lying area along the canal. Enjoy the large heated pool with separate whirlpool and waterfall. The spacious lounge area with sun loungers invites you to relax and read. The outdoor dining area offers you plenty of space for breakfast with relaxing waterfalls and cozy barbecues with a fascinating sunset backdrop. The double garage with direct access to the kitchen, bicycles and ample space for your rental car round off the amenities for you. The unfenced property of 1,500 m² surrounds the villa with imposing coconut palms, blooming hibiscus hedges and other tropical flora typical of the region. The villa will delight you.

From the boat dock, you are on the waterways of the Caloosahatchee River in just ten minutes without locks. From there it is only a stone's throw to the world-famous white sand beaches of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs or the often deserted dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

This rental met all of our expectations. The location is close to everything in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The property manager was responsive and had a repairman on site in less than 2 hours when one was needed. We recommend this house and will return.

Excellent communication with the property manager! Very relaxing Place and quiet area. Beautiful and tropical decorations, swimming pool furniture new and comfortable. Kitchen has basically everything needed. Enough towels and sheets, spacious beds but mattress on the hard side. Less than 5 minutes from Publix, Walmart and Aldi.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Very clean and all the amenities were included. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool. Would have liked to rent the boat but were told that no captain was available, so if you want to do that make sure to arrange that ahead of time!

This property is amazing! We have stayed in Cape Coral for 4 years now, and this was my favorite rental of them all! The price was very reasonable for the area and the property is clean and beautiful. We had a few issues with the pool, and Larry took care of them right away. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

We were in Cape Coral for three weeks and stayed at Elke's lovely home. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was wonderful to sit at the table in the lanai and eat dinner while watching the canal. It's a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to major roads that it's easy to get around. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

4 adults stayed here in first week of November for a baseball tournament. We got in around 4:30 pm and called to check in as requested but no one answered the call and a message was left. There were specific instructions about use of the pool/spa that were not in writing anywhere else. After an apparent mistake in its use on our part, this was quickly corrected the next day. After that all communication was prompt and helpful. The property is beautiful and as pictured. It was spacious and easily met the needs of 4 adults. I certainly would recommend this property and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The pool area is especially nice with a covered area for relaxing or eating. There is also a dock with chairs if you prefer to sit by the water. The house is located on a lovely and quiet street and very convenient to the midpoint bridge to Ft Myers. The host was very gracious and we had no problems. We hope to return for another stay.

A beautiful home within walking distance to a 4 mile nature park reserve. Great size pool and jacuzzi where the renters can control the temperatures of both. 2 King beds and 1 queen accommodates guests comfortably. A binder of instructions helped us enjoy a comfortable stay. The boat dock was the perfect addition since we pulled our boat there. A nice 15 minute “no wake” ride through the canal got us right into the sparkling waters of Florida. We had dolphins riding within 50 feet of the boat and caught all kinds of fish (the puffer fish was the best catch since we are used to fresh water fish in Michigan). We will definitely rent this home again.

The property is very nice, very open and spacious...location is great, you are convenient to shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island which are both beautiful...we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the outdoor lanai in the evenings and the sunsets on the canal are beautiful...check in was super easy and instructions are left by the property manager for you...my only small complaint is the a/c not being able to go below 75 bcs it was mid 90's and very muggy, we were gone during the day but sleeping at night we did wish it could've been a bit cooler and I like to fall asleep to tv so not having cable in the master bedroom was a little bummer but all in all we had an awesome time and we would definitely return 😊
