Inside, you'll find inviting living spaces including two comfortable lounges, a fully equipped kitchen with bar pass-through to the patio, and charming coastal-inspired décor throughout. The home’s thoughtful layout makes it perfect for families or groups, offering both shared areas and secluded retreats.

The master suite provides a peaceful haven with a king bed, direct access to the lanai, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Additional bedrooms include two with queen beds and a fourth with two full-size beds—each equipped with Smart TVs for winding down after a day of adventure. A guest bath with a tub/shower combination provides added convenience. Whether you're enjoying casual breakfasts at the kitchen island or hosting dinner for six on the lanai, this home accommodates your every dining need.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the direct canal access—perfect for bringing your own boat or renting one locally to cruise to the Caloosahatchee River. Cast a line off your private dock or unwind by the pool with a favorite drink. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Property was wonderful for a larger family. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked making family meals possible which was a plus for us. Pool area and gas grill were a definite hit with the family. We couldn't have picked a better house to enjoy a week in Florida!
