ケープコーラルのビーチに近い私たちのアパートの1つで夢の休暇を楽しんでください！

ビーチリゾートには4つのアパートメントと1つのスタジオがあります。 当リゾートはケープコーラルの中心部、フォートマイヤーズとケープコーラルを結ぶ南ケープコーラルブリッジの近くにあります。 フロリダの観光スポットやビーチへは車で素早くアクセスするのに理想的な場所です。 ケープコーラルビーチに近接しているため、ビーチでの滞在を短くしたり、近くのバーやレストランで夜を過ごすこともできます。

私たちのアパートは、個別にデザインされ、絶対的なプライバシーを提供する、簡単に建てられる複合施設内にあります。

各アパートメントには専用のテラスと日光浴用のエリアがあり、ビーチの雰囲気が漂っています。 温水スパと統合された席がある巨大なプールエリアは上映されていて、厄介な昆虫や動物を避けています。 大きなバーベキューグリルでは、バーベキューの夜を楽しめます。

アパートの波

オープンプランのキッチン付きの明るく広々としたリビング/ダイニングエリアがあります。 大きな窓からはたくさんの光が入ります。 設備の整ったキッチンからダイニングエリアへの道は短いか、キッチンカウンターで朝食を楽しんでください。
すぐに快適なダブルベッドに変身する大きなソファが、リラックスを誘います。 ここでは本を楽しんだり、テレビで最新ニュースを見ることができます。

寝室はゆったりとしています - 広々としたクローゼットの中には、新しく購入した服や宝物を持っていくための十分なスペースがあります。 クイーンサイズベッドは、安眠を約束します。
寝室には、バスタブ付きの十分に広いバスルームがあります。
もちろん、寝具やタオルを持ってくる必要はありません。 バスタオルのほかに、ビーチタオルがあります。

フロリダの素晴らしい天気を楽しむために、アパートには席があるプライベートスクリーンの屋外エリアがあります。 コミュニティプールエリアでの日光浴のほかに、プライベートデッキエリアもあります。

Perfect location

Property could use some outside cleaning. Mold is present above the doorway entries at each apt. Debri is collect between the outside downspouts and fencing. Also mold in the grout between the tile inside the pool under the ledge all the way around the inside of the pool

Fun on the sun

Weather was perfect and lots of different things to do in the area. Local beach and Fort Myers beaches great. Apt was neat and clean. A little smaller than what I expected but not a deal breaker. Pool was warm but I liked it.Judy is fabulous as the property manager. Very friendly and very responsive to any concerns.

Great Apt.

Perfect for being close to downtown Cape Coral, local beaches and parks. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted to give you the option of staying in. The pool and personal Outside space let you take advantage of the perfect Florida weather. Will def recommend.

Great location, close to downtown Cape Coral. Apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect for an evening dip. Outdoor space and room to spread out.

Great Peaceful Vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is clean, friendly, close to shopping, restaurants, and miles of nice neighborhoods for walking. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the private lanai is perfect for reading or relaxing. We are already booked for next year!

It was the perfect choice for us.

We had a reservation elsewhere that was canceled at the last minute and we were a little panicked until we came across this property which ended up being the perfect location and close to everything we needed.

Great visit

I chose this location because I didn't want to do the hotel thing, I wanted something different. Was very nice to have a pool shared by at max, 4 other parties. Location was great, close to everything downtown. Judi was very accommodating

A Small investment will go a long way

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s always a good stay. Only drawback I would have to say is it is time to replace the mattress. A small investment would make this place perfect. After all if you are lucky you spend 8 hours a night on the mattress. Time to change it

Almost everything was perfect

A fun relaxing place to stay!

The bungalow was clean and had every thing we needed. We swam in the pool and meet a lot of nice fellow lodgers from the mid-west. It was centrally located for the things we did. One of our neighbors recommended the Boathouse Bar on Cape Coral beach and we had two great meals there. It was close, had live music and the beach was not overly crowded. Judy (the manager) stopped in to see us to make sure we had all we needed and answer any questions. She was very nice and answered our questions. We enjoyed our stay there, would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.
