Your Vacation Home has contemporary furnishings, an amazing pool with tropical waterfall and palm trees, and is less than a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars in downtown on 47th Terrace. The fenced back yard, banana, and coconut trees outback, make for an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. Our home is located in Downtown Cape Coral which is right above the Yacht Club area. The Yacht club and downtown are the most desirable vacation destination areas in Cape Coral, Florida.

Be the First to Book this fully renovated home! You'll enter through the front door to find a fully open layout, seeing right back through to the open design pool. Inside, you'll be able to view the large walk through kitchen with a huge polished concrete counter top for cooking and bar seating. The dining room extends into the perfect sitting room for family talks, games, or waiting to take a walk to the Farmers Market or Craft Fairs held regularly. The family room boasts a nice size TV and a gorgeous view to manicured garden and backyard area. The heated swimming pool has no screen so it allows for the maximum amount of fresh air and sunlight while swimming, lounging or playing.

One guest room has a queen bed while the other guest room has 2 twin beds. Continue down the hall to find a large master, boasting a king size bed, European style closet with slider door panels, and large walk in shower, dual sinks and private toilet area.

This Home is located within walking distance to Downtown Cape Coral, which is filled with shopping, some amazing restaurants and nightlife. The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road but close enough that you can walk to the German Bakery for breakfast or grab a snack at the gas station. Also be sure to grab the best Gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tale grill or Duval’s, all within a easy 10 minute walk from the house and located on 47th Terrace.

We provide extra sheets, extra towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish washer pods, coffee and creamer and tissues throughout the house. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hand towels, and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Basically, think of it as a hotel and just bring your clothes, tooth brush & tooth paste!

The living room and master bedroom has a smart TV for streaming and the TV all of your favorite services. Feel free to login with your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ or Hulu account during your stay.

Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage is a little tight, but you can always easily fit 3 cars in the driveway.

TOILETRIES - we are happy to provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival including 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home. One Ring doorbell at the front door and one camera on the rear of the home. There is a house alarm, however, it is not intended/available for guest use.

POOL HEATER - See the Guest Access section for info on optional pool heater increased temperature charges if you like to have the pool extra toasty! We can have it increased to a maximum of 90 degrees.

POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL
*** Please note, we do have pool service, lawn service, & a pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. The pool service typically happens on Wednesday and the lawn is typically cut on Tuesdays. The pest control company comes once a quarter and when needed. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them.

** Covid-19 Update - We have an excellent cleaning team that will spend significant extra time in between guests to ensure the house is well aired out and fully wiped down and disinfected. **
