Great place to stay!

The house was great! The pool was super nice! Everything was clean and as advertised. The layout of the property was perfect and we enjoyed our lazy nights on the comfy couch in front of the massive television. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cook ware we needed. The owners were super responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house and pool - Cape Coral

The house was clean and spacious! We enjoyed the pool, lounging spaces outside, and umbrellas. There were a lot of nice parks nearby for us to explore and keep the children busy when we didn't want to be in the pool.

Fantastic place!

This place was amazing and perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and bedrooms well cared for. Kitchen/Dining area was big and open, perfect for hanging out. Pool was great and nice and warm for kids to swim even on cloudy days. In the pool there is a long step that creates a shallow end which was perfect for the 2 year old in our group to play on. We had a great time and would book in the future!

We had a very nice stay, nice home and quiet neighborhood. We had great weather, sunny & 75 every day. I wish I knew they use feather pillows etc. kicked up my allergies terribly. I would suggest hypoallergenic pillows and such.

Comfortable and convenient

Loved our stay! The house was comfortable and spacious. Beds were very comfy and kitchen was a nice size. The pool was super nice, not too big, not too small. The outdoor furniture was ok, but should be upgraded. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The area was convenient to grocery stores and shopping. No real gulf beach close by. Must drive at least 30 minutes. There is a man made beach at a Yacht Club close by on one of the inlets.

Great place but not clean!

Perfect location, plenty of space and great entertainment equipment. But it wasn’t clean, we had to clean all the cabinets and fridge before start unpacking. Lots of dust under the curtains and corners of the bedrooms.Had some issue with the dishwasher but the owner sent someone to fix it quickly.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay and greatly benefit from a very responsive host 😊 From our first contact to check out, Chelsea took good care of us. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots/pans and we were able to feel right at home in the very clean bedrooms and common areas. We will definitely look to stay here in the future 😊

The Blue House

This property was nicely decorated, and supplied with all necessities and more. Three TV’s in the house and one outside. For a fee, the pool could be heated up to 90 degrees.

Great Experience!

We had a great time at this home in Cape Coral. It was clean and had everything we needed. Chelsea was very quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Just perfect!

This house was exactly what we needed for our family to stay at during our son's baseball tournament in Ft. Myers! The house was even better than I expected, as it was spotless and everything was like brand new. The layout was perfect with 3 bedrooms towards the front of the house and the master in the back. We loved the open dining space and area between the kitchen and family room and comfortable beds. The pool was also perfect with plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor TV, grill, and 2 large umbrellas. The location was great, too, and the owner answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

spacious vacation home

We stayed in this property to enjoy the beach and pool. Everything was very nice and clean. Spacious kitchen and big pool. Garage had bikes and games good for families. Host was very quick to respond and help with any concerns.

Beautiful home & great host

This home looked exactly as the pictures on line. The pool area is beautiful and where we spent a lot of time. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. I wanted to rent it for the month of January, that's how much we enjoyed it, but it was already rented. You will not go wrong renting this property. We hope to be back.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and well-kept place. You can tell the owners take great care of their property and are very responsive to their guests. Upon arriving, we had noticed the pool was very cold (supposed to be heated), we immediately contacted the property manager whom then connected us with Chelsea (the home owner). She promptly attempted to fix the problem and had informed us that the heating system was new to the property. Upon troubleshooting and several visits from the pool service company we had a working well-heated pool that was very much enjoyed by our whole family! Chelsea was very understanding and easy to communicate with (we all know how it can be showing up as the "complaining guests" which she assured us we were not at all!). The furnishings were all great, each TV had access to streaming services which was wonderful for the more "chill moments" with the kids. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone just looking for a get-away in the sunshine. Unfortunately, many of the local beaches were still closed or unsafe due to the hurricane, but just made for more pool time! Consider renting with them, they were wonderful and very responsive!

Clean house with all the amenities

I really loved this house. I will stay here any time I come back. The house is very clean and beautiful. Also very spacious. I read the other reviews and that is why I picked this house. It had what we needed for the baby , and myself and my older grandkids were able to ride bikes. They loved the pool though and spent a lot of time in it. We also went to see the beautiful beaches that people talk about. We didn’t have to get anything. The host had everything for the beach also. We also had what we needed in the kitchen. She thought of everything, and told us if something else was needed she could get it. Thank you Chelsea for making this a great family vacation.

Highly recommend

Very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having a private pool to swim in. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. My only complaint is that I can’t just move in! I would recommend this house to anybody!

Grandkids!

The property is much nicer then the photos show. It’s a larger home, which was great with three kids. The kitchen is well supplied and the pool was a hit with my youngest grandson.
