「The GOOD: In a prime location to everything, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was tailored made. The BAD: Inside the room, the floors are covered in dark stains (so gross), the bathroom has a dungeon feel and the shower surrounding has a lot of mold. The rooms desperately needs to be refinished or upgraded.」

「What an awful experience,where do I start?
A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked).
At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...
