Still hoping for a house large enough for your whole family to visit Cape Charles? Come and stay at The Summer House. This 3-story historic home close to the park has 6 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 13. Room to hang out on the front porch or backyard. Off-street parking in back off the alley.

The Summer House goes by the week, Friday to Friday in the summer.

Birthday weekend away

We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well. As well appointed clean close to everything and the secret of getting a golf cart to drive around made it even better Will definitely do it again next year

A perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at stay the Summer House! The communication with the property manager Jen was excellent from the moment I booked until the end of our stay. The property was even better than the photos - clean, spacious, and very comfortable! I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a welcome bag with chocolates and a card from the owners. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, and a few blocks from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Summer House. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality!"
