Guests have access to the complex's swimming pool and a shared laundry room with washers and dryers.

Construction Notice: The City of Cape Canaveral is currently completing a major road reconstruction project along Fillmore Avenue, which is expected to continue through December. Guests should expect construction activity in the area, including heavy equipment, noise, dust, temporary traffic changes, and possible brief delays when accessing the property. The road will remain accessible to residents and guests throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing a little extra time when arriving or departing.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is ideally located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral. You'll be steps away from the beach and front-row seats to rocket launches. Don't miss a visit to the Kennedy Space Center, only 20 minutes away. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with easy access to Orlando, you can enjoy theme parks and attractions. Our neighborhood draws a great mix of beachgoers, space enthusiasts, and cruise travelers, and has a friendly, unpretentious vibe with local seafood joints, surf shops, and waterfront hangouts. It's quieter than Cocoa Beach to the south but just as convenient, making it a great fit for guests who want genuine beach access without the tourist-strip crowds.



Getting Around:

A car is the most practical way to get around Cape Canaveral and the broader Space Coast area, and street parking is generally accessible near the complex. Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center are all a short drive away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and the beach itself is close enough to reach entirely on foot.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

• Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated.

• Please be aware that the outdoor areas and laundry room is a shared space.
